South Brunswick speech and language middle school
Ignite your passion and brighten the way...
In the event South Brunswick Schools move to a remote learning environment, please choose 2-3 daily activities per number of weekly speech sessions from the choices below.
The "Language Homework” is great because it can be completed while you do other class assignments. You can also choose to play a game listed in the “Middle School Speech Games” button. ”Thought Bubble Inferencing” activities are a great choice for those working on inferencing skills. “13 Minute Meditation For Teens” is a great resource for fluency students to use. “Staying on Topic” is a great game to help maintain topic during conversation. There is a current “Newsela” article added that can be used to target a variety of goals such as vocabulary, summarizing, finding the main idea, inferencing and answering questions. Also added are a variety of “Articulation” activities you can choose depending on your target sound (/r, ch, sh, j, s,z/).
Please remember to log your activities.
